“Authentic, straightforward & human” - what it takes to be on the Indigo bus…

At Indigo Neuropsychology, we seek individuals who are authentic, committed, and compassionate. Our team values honesty, clear and direct communication, and genuine human connection. We expect associates to demonstrate resilience, collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, uphold the highest standards of integrity, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Our mission is to advocate for children with complex needs, bridging clinical and educational systems while maintaining a focus on each individual’s story. We prioritise values and impact to embed the best possible trauma informed, person centred service that we can.

All our associates are experienced clinicians who have worked with children and their families for many years across a range of different settings. They offer a variety of different therapeutic interventions including behavioural, systemic CBT and compassion-focused. Attachment and trauma-informed approaches underpin the formulation-led approach to care. Our outcomes-focused approach means that we are constantly evaluating what we do to ensure that we are providing the optimal service possible to the families that we work with.
